A goal of the HSCC is to promote education in our community by sharing factual information. We also want to help by community outreach and to help pets in Cambria County.
Below will be a list of topics we plan to educate on or provide for our community:
- Low cost spay and neutering
- Microchipping
- Vaccine clinics
- Trap, Neuter, Release
- Animal Cruelty/Neglect laws
